Yoga in Balfron

Venue:

McLintock Hall, Balfron

Description:

Morning Yoga.

A mixture of stretching (asana) breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation. Suitable for all abilities, sizes and ages! 

Dates & Duration:

From  11 January 2012   9.45am - 11am.

Charges:

£7 per class, discount available for advance payments for 6 weeks or more.If you attend two Lochside Yoga classes a week, the second class is discounted by £2. Don't forget Gift vouchers are available to give as presents!

Yoga in Callander

Venue:

St Andrews Church Hall, Callander

Description:

This class is suitable for all abilities. You will be helped to get the best out of your yoga and will feel relaxed and refreshed at the end of each class. No experience is necessary, but if you are experienced, you will be able to move deeper into your practice.

Duration:

Monday 1.15pm - 2.45pm.  

Thursday 7pm - 8.30pm.

£7 for each drop-in class. 

Come to 2 classes a week and get £2 discount on the second drop-in class of the week.

Yoga for Runners

Venue:

Coneyhill Studio, Bridge of Allan

Description:

Yoga can help counter the impact of running and other sports and challenging activities. These classes are aimed at helping you develop strength, stamina and endurance and to help you stay injury free, all important factors in improving your performance.

Duration:

Classes are held on a Wednesday evening, 6 - 7.15pm.

Charges:

Lots of ways to pay:

Pay as you Go: £12 per class, attend 7 consecutive classes, get the 7th free.

Book 3 consecutive classes, or book one class for every other week for 6 weeks, £35

Pay in advance for 6 classes £65 (can be taken over 8 weeks)

Pay in advance for 10 classes £100 (can  be taken over 14 weeks)

Please note cancellation fees apply for short or no-notice cancellations.This applies for both pre-paid and pre-booked classes. No refunds are given, but transfer of class fee to other Lochside Yoga classes may be available.

YogaBasics

Venue:

Coneyhill Studio, Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire, FK9 4EL

Description:

Each YogaBasics class covers two or three poses in detail, helping you to develop flexibility, strength and fitness in a very safe way. With personal attention and a friendly, supportive atmosphere, YogaBasics can help you feel more relaxed and this helps you cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Suitable for beginners or students who like a slower pace.  

Duration:

Wednesdays 4.30pm – 5.45pm

Pay As You Go:

Block Booking and Pay in Advance:

3 consectutive classes, or 3 fortnightly classes £35

Yoga @ West Moss-side

Venue:

The Hayloft, West Moss-side Farm, Thornhill

Description:

The Hayloft is a wonderful venue for yoga, bright and airy, warm and welcoming. These classes are suitable for beginners or anyone wishing to return to their yoga practice after having had some timeout. Booking essential.

Duration:

Monday morning, 10 - 11.30  *not every Monday, please check directly with Gillian if you are new or not sure about the weather...

Charges:

£10 Pay as You Go, on a weekly basis. If you attend another Lochside Yoga class in the same week, your other class will be discounted by £2.

Description:

This is a lovely yoga class that suits all abilities. Sometimes flowing, sometimes slow, always relaxing. We focus on developing awareness and becoming calm with stretching positions (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation.
