There are three classes on a Wednesday starting from 4.30pm with YogaBasics.

Designed to be a gentle, restorative class, it is perfect for complete beginners, and for anyone returning to their yoga practice after some time away from their mat, perhaps due to injury, illness or family commitments. For anyone who wants an opportunity to move slowly into poses and sequences, this is for you! There are a couple of places available in this class at the moment, the class maximum is 6 students.

Both the evening classes Yoga for Runners and Relaxing Yoga have places available to book. Once registered with the class, you need to book in advance to ensure you have a place when you want it. You can make changes to your bookings, but please remember to give as much notice as possible if you can't make it to your class, so that if there are people on the waiting list, they can be contacted.

Whether you are a beginner, an occasional runner or superfit triathalete, or just need to unwind after a busy day, there is a yoga class for you with Lochside Yoga at Coneyhill Studio.  In all classes you are encouraged to develop your ability to relax, to release more deeply into your practice, quieten and calm your mind and find a connection with the spirit of yoga. Maximum student numbers for the evening classes is 8.

Booking is required for all Coneyhill classes.
