1:1 Sessions & Small Group Activities

Lochside Yoga offers 1:1 sessions in the yoga room or other suitable venue in Kinlochard, at a venue/studio near you, or in your home, if you have enough room.

1:1 sessions: These are particularly helpful:

  • if you are new to yoga and want to join a class, and the thought of 'going public' to start with is too much to contemplate
  • to aid recover from injury
  • to improve your ability to cope with stress
  • to help increase your capacity for other activities and disciplines*.

*This is especially useful to help develop stamina if you are planning to enter an endurance event such as a triathalon.

If you book a session at Kinlochard, and you want to make it into a day out, Gillian can help you plan a great activity day out. Kinlochard is in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and offers an amazing variety of things to do and see. She can suggest or arrange walking, running and cycling routes of varying lengths to suit you (either guided or provide maps), organise spa facilities and massage for you after your yoga session, suggest places to eat and things to see and do.

If you have a partner/friend or family who wants to do any of this whilst you are having your yoga session with Gillian, something suitable for them can be arranged as well. The cost of a 1:1 sessions start from £25, depending on the length of time and venue. This will be discussed when arranging the session.

Small group activities: Please contact Gillian for more details of specifically designed activities for small groups of between two and five people.

Winter Offer: Book a 1:1 session and bring a friend free or share the cost of the session between you or if you have a 1:1 session on your own before joining a class, your first time in the larger class is free. This offer is available until the end of 2011.
