Welcome to Lochside Yoga.
Based in the village of Kinlochard, Lochside Yoga is in the heart of Scotland and the middle of a National Park.
Lochside Yoga offers regular yoga classes and other activities in and around Stirling and the Trossachs. These activities range from weekly yoga and mindfulness classes, 1:1 or small private group yoga, Healing Space and Metta Massage sessions.
If you would like to relax more and feel more balanced and in tune with youself, yoga can help you achieve this. Lochside Yoga can offer you something to suit what you need, whether it is an energy filled yoga session, or a gentle massage.

Regular yoga can help can help increase your flexibility, aid your fitness and strength levels and helps you relax in times of stress. If you can breathe, you can do yoga and you don't need to be able to touch your toes! You will learn to gently develop your awareness and to go at your own pace.
At Lochside Yoga, Gillian's manner and teaching style create a friendly atmosphere. Weekly classes are held in Stirling and the outlying area called the Trossachs. These are suitable for all abilities, equally suited for beginners and those with more experience alike. If you have had a break from your yoga practice and need some inspiration to get started again, a Lochside Yoga class or private session could be just what you need. Each class is slightly different in focus, some are drop-in and others might need to be booked. As well as classes, Lochside Yoga can offer various activities specially designed to suit you and meet your needs.
